will there be an increase in the top end speed if the rear sprocket size is reduced to 40T?

well, with my experience using a moped before, changing the ratio will give the different top end. there are some calculation for the ratio, and having an experiment for moped its quite cheap, but to spend for our little beast by try and error of cause it will cost us a lot.

unsure if you've found out about the sprocket ratio knowing that this is quite an old thread but hoping it'll help the new ones coming to the thread and wondering the same thing.

Sprocket's 14T - 42T.

Also lowering rear would, I guess, increase top speed, depends really.
